“I will never ever order anything from you again. Communication is awful. Timing is awful. No direct number to call when things go wrong. Have to rely on sporadic emails from different people. And problems only addressed once they have escalated to a level that should never have been reached in the first place. Shame, because your stock and products are lovely.”

We did call you several times and advised that next day delivery and next day assembly on furniture items is something that we cannot offer at this time. We did try our very best to meet your needs but unfortunately the turn-around time did not fit in with your schedule which again we are so sorry about. “The toys look beautiful and stimulating for children. I bought the Little Dutch pushcart and, while it is what I expected, it needs just a little more weight in the base to help those who are just beginning to walk to get upright safely before moving off. Also, being able to make the wheels run less freely while they master walking would be helpful. I love the Clicques wooden boys set of 3 that I got but I did notice that I could have ordered the full set of 6 from another shop for only a few pounds more, so I feel that Scandiborn may be an expensive place to shop. Many thanks to the customer service team for their support. The goods arrived in good time and were in good order.”
