“I love the products you sell. They are well made, durable, beautifully presented and loved by my grandchildren. I was delighted to be able to collect purchases made by myself and my daughter, who lives in London, from Market Harborough, in such a short waiting time. “I had an issue with my delivery, but the customer service was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, they dealt with the problem straight away and kept me updated throughout the process. It's refreshing to find an online shop that takes responsibility and resolves issues so quickly. Great communication, fast response, and excellent customer care.
