Bad experience sent wrong item despite order being direct. Still trying to sort out return of toy I did not order and original.item.which was paid for and not sent, will not be sent until they get the unwanted return item. Disappointing and poor service. 4 days later.the problem.continues. I.have returned the unwanted and unordered toy and you have still not send the one I ordered and paid for.

The item I ordered from Scandiborn was delivered by DPD to the wrong address - photo proof of delivery shows the parcel left outside the front door of a neighbouring unoccupied house. DPD deny responsibility and referred me to the kidcollective which seems to be an intermediary between DPD and Scandiborn. No way of contacting Scandiborn direct. Kidcollective say they will instigate an investigation from 10 days after the no delivery, ie 19 December at earliest, and this will take another 7 days. So no chance of resolution before Christmas and most likely not before New Year. There is no need for an investigation; the sequence of events is plain and the fault clearly lies with DPP. I should just be given a full refund and apology. Instead the other parties appear to be seeking ways of avoiding responsibility and pinning the blame on the one innocent party- me. So congratulations all round for truly appalling customer service and rip off tactics.

Fabulous. Excellent quality and items are carefully packaged. Delivery is prompt. I had to contact customer services and found them to be polite and helpful. Excellent products from an excellent company. Would definitely order from them again

Lovely product terrible customer service. They charge £19 to ship to NI when we are simply part of UK. Shame as I’ll never order again considering I can get from other companies with free delivery

Hello David, I am very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service you've received. I've investigated this and can see that you ordered on Sat 29th Nov, and we shipped the following Weds 3rd Dec. I'm glad to see your order arrived safely with you a couple of days later, and I do hope you are pleased with your lovely wooden vehicle set. do not use, bad customer service, bad delivery service, no commitment to delivery times whatsoever, my item should have arrived in 3-5 days, now i am at the 10th day and the items have not shipped yet
