“Excellent service, having just been conned on facebook by a Chinese company selling similar dolls but when it arrived it was nothing like the photos on the site and they point blank refused a return but eventually agreed to a partial refund. I was looking for a quality item and a reputable honest company and this is Scandiborn.”

“Hi iron board I had ordered arrived the box was intact but the actual iron board inside is broken please can you let me know what needs to happen as I do want it still and when my granddaughter opened the box it was broken ?”

“Very disappointing. Ordered advent calendars for my daughter hers with bracelets and my girls cried and been very disappointed as some days had nothing in just peace of paper.. Would never recommend to get it as its really upsetting ting little hearts..”

“Inconsistent communication re despatch through Royal mail. Chaotic 2nd delivery through DPD with damaged box left without consent to carrier. Price reductions advertised not genuine. Will buy Little Dutch products from other stockists who appear more pro active and diligent”

“Extremely fast despatch and delivery, clear communication. I purchased some Stapelstein stepping stones, which seem to be very good. Notably this is one of the only UK suppliers that I could find, other than buying directly, but I was keen to avoid import duties.”

“I love Scandiborn and the fact the everything is curated. I ordered a mini Yoto Player for my daugther, and it arrived in good time and was impresssed with how it was packaged packaging–not too much that it was excessive, but enough to ensure it arrived securely– a completely contrast to some of the bigger retailers.”
