“I ordered from scandiborn after looking for little Dutch products, I was pleased to find such a large range of toys that were similar to what I had in mind for my daughter's 1st birthday present. My only issue was how long it took to ship as I ordered it over 2 weeks from the date of her birthday and it arrived just 3 days before, which is slightly missing leading as the website said 3-5 days, But it is close to Christmas so I will overlook this.”

Hello Agustina, Sorry to read this - I have looked into this further and can see that one item you ordered was out of stock at our supply partner so this was cancelled and refunded in full, including the VAT. You did not pay delivery on your original order as it was over our free delivery threshold, I am sorry for this operational error, but hopefully this reassures you that you did not overpay for the item that you did receive, Many thanks Laura

“Ordered in the black friday sale, because of this it took a little while to come, but there was plenty of notices to say despatch might be delayed due to high order volumes, which was good and therefore expected it would take time. Thumbs up for that info being available. Delivery was swift once despatched. All round good service”

“Bad experience sent wrong item despite order being direct. Still trying to sort out return of toy I did not order and original.item.which was paid for and not sent, will not be sent until they get the unwanted return item. Disappointing and poor service. 4 days later.the problem.continues. I.have returned the unwanted and unordered toy and you have still not send the one I ordered and paid for.”
