“Bought a play centre for the garden and when building it found one of the joints was loose, but the other end was fine so it was obviously a faulty part. Contacted Scandiborn to ask for a replacement part to which we were effectively asked if we had followed the instructions, then no further contact. Am now returning the whole product as faulty for a refund and won't be using Scandiborn again.”

“I’ve had a really great experience with Scandiborn. Delivery is always quick, which makes such a difference when you’re ordering for little ones, and everything arrives beautifully packaged. The quality of the products really stands out too — you can tell they’re thoughtfully made and built to last.
