“I think the Scandiborn products & online service are first class. Unfortunately you use Evri for delivery who are a shambles. We ordered the play tent on 29/08/26, it has not arrived & it's the 11th September today. We did get notification that the play tent would arrive in time for our grand child's birthday on Friday 4th September between 7pm - 9pm. Absolutely nothing arrived. It's like the delivery driver drove off with it never to be seen again. I have phoned Evri, every 3 days to leave a message. To date no comeback at all. I recommend you change delivery Companies ASAP. What would you recommend I do now?”

Hi Martin, Thank you for the 5-star feedback on our Scandiborn products and online service. We’re sorry the delivery with Evri hasn’t gone smoothly and the play tent hasn’t arrived, especially with your grandchild’s birthday. If you haven’t already, please contact our support team with your order number so we can look into this and assist. In the meantime, you may wish to check with Evri for a delivery trace. Kind regards, Keeley
