“Dave the driver very helpful as some items were missing had to wait till following week for other items to arrive nothing but apologies from customer service other wise great company had delivers before this was the only one with missing items thank you”

“I couldn’t believe how hard it was to get decking. Found this company and paid nearly £200 delivery - it was still cheaper and quicker than my nearest B&Q. The delivery date was communicated and went smoothly with the added bonus of the decking being placed in my garden - not left in the street. The wood is really lovely.”

“The work tops arrived with one old delivery to off load, without my father’s assistance he would have undoubtedly been injured. The disregard to health and safety laws and constraints, namely manual handling regulations 1992 which states to avoid hazardous operations, this was obviously very much overlooked when the currier was employed. My father is 80 and had no option but to help the currier to off load from the vehicle.😡”

“Delivered on the day they said. However no comms to say an estimated delivery, not even morning or afternoon slot. Rang the shop over 30 times and no one answered once. Terrible comms. Had to take a day off work to wait in for the delivery and it was dropped off after I would of finished work anyway. Total waste”

“Hiii the only reason I didn’t give 5 was because I wanted to make a small addition of a door casing to my order as soon I realised I had missed it off. - within an hour of ordering. I spoke to 2 people to try and have it added & they wouldn’t do it. This means I’ll have to make a special trip to your store to pick one up. Apart from that everything else was very good - many thanks”

“Delivery time was over the 14 working days. The delivery guy dropped the wood at the front door. Did not call to say he was on his way so I was not home. My 5ft wife was greeted and left with the wood. If he had called I would have advised to deliver at the back where there is parking and access to drop the delivery. My wife had to hand ball by herself. Disappointed. The only saving grace is the wood is good quality.”
