“Great prices, plenty of availability too. Delivery charges very reasonable and communication was great. I was a little last minute with an order and the website suggested it may not arrive in time but after speaking to the depot direct I was assured it would, and it was. Would highly recommend and would use again myself.”

“I ordered a bi-fold made to measure door, the system and ordering/payment process was very good. The delivery forecast was 6 to 8 weeks delivery, I did ring up after 4 weeks to see if forecast was correct and was assured that it was. I contacted them at 8 weeks to find that they had a backlog of work and it would be about 2 weeks longer, in reality it was another 4 weeks. To make it worse the delivery companies internet was down so it just turned up 3 days after it had been dispatched. The door was ok and well wrapped. NO MORE ORDERS TO THEM!”

“The order went through easily and delivered quicker than stated. 2 no. boards were damaged and 1 I had to order a replacement for as it was badly damaged. The replacement board is now going up and down the country and hopefully will be delivered soon. I don't think Tufnells are the most efficient of couriers as they said it would be delivered yesterday.”

“Savoy timber never delivered everything that i ordered in a decking kit on day of delivery. I had various things missing which delayed someone i had coming to my house to build it for me for over a week. With various phone calls and emails i was told it would be a week later before the missing pieces would be delivered. I told Savoy timber to come and collect there decking kit twice as i was promised delivery earlier and it never came on that day. After eventually being promised my remaining pieces would be delivered the next day, a full week after my original delivery, guess what? It didn't turn up. I recieved a phone call at around 4pm to tell me not to worry it would be with you by 7pm. It eventually turned up the next day Saturday around 11ish with no one home. It was placed in the front garden. I still was bolts short, nuts short and one or two other things in which i went out and bought myself again. I would not recomend this company at all.”

“Timber floor boards were the incorrect size, these were specifically ordered as 6inch and the were actually metric floorboards that were provide over 1/2inch shorter. These are replacements so they need to be correct. I am still waiting on a resolution or response form Savoy and this is holding up my Contractor.”
