“Good communication and fast delivery.Very pleased with the quality of the decking which was very easy to construct,however only 4 stars as items were missing from the installation ki (only 4 handrail brackets,should have been 6 and no M 10 fixing bolts for the handrail uprights). I know I could have reported this but I could not afford to wait 3 days for delivery,luckily my local screw fix had items in stock. I am about to order another decking kit so maybe all items will be supplied this time.”

“I received my kit the screws and fixtures for the timber decking in a bag that was all ripped and the delivery driver was so rude. It is DX. I did ring both them and Savoy Timber the guy was polite and said he would send another pack out, which I did not receive. I rang again and was told by a another polite guy he sends another one out. Let's see ay. It's a shame and disappointing because I spent a lot of money for me. Im not made of money. It should been packaged in a box not a plastic bag you would put clothes in. It was all ripped open. Iv put off building it waiting on my supposed package to arrive. When the timber came the delivery driver was lovely and kindly carried it into my garden and thankfully all timber was there. Yeh disappointing on the basis of the damaged package if parts!”

“good customer service. give me the wrong delivery date thay phoned and apologize and give me a small refund for my troubles products arrived in good condition and a nice lad on the delivery was very helpful.”

“Samples took quite a while to arrive Ns the sample received was a very tiny piece of what looked like edging and a swatch, I've had samples from. Other companies that have been excellent, I couldn't tell the quality from the samples so won't be ordering”

“Rating for this delivery only. This time part of my order did not arrive a second delivery had to be arranged, plus 5 out o6 lengths of ship were short of the ordered length, requiring a visit to store for more pieces. Normally excellent service.”

“First time using Savoy Timber and the service and product quality is excellent. Product prices were significantly lower than competitors which initially drew me to the retailer. Communication was superb and delivery was ahead of time. A special mention to the delivery driver who kindly stacked all the timber in my garage. Overall it was a more than satisfactory experience, I have a number of projects lined up where I need timber and Savoy will be my first port of call. Well done!”

“Politeness was missing throughout, service was pretty quick, not being allowed to bring my car closer to the materials that had been cut, I'm 78 yes old and had to carry my nate ials from the machine shop to the "car park"which meant me making 3 trips, fortunately a young lad did helped with one trip”

“I placed an order and immediately received the delivery date; it turned out to be a bank holiday—which was actually better, as I’d be home. I waited all day, and my day off was ruined. I messaged the company in the evening, and they replied that the driver wouldn't be able to make it and would come tomorrow instead. The small parts were scattered across various little bags; several were missing—there were 5 posts but only 4 mounting bolts.”
