“I ordeered decking materials: boards, frames, handrails, all fixings and decking oils. Excellent in all respects: ordering very easy on the web site; immediate acknowledgement; received 'phone call next day to confirm delivery date; delivery arrived as stated. Great quality materials plus, the delivery driver could not have been more helpful, he was professional and friendly and helped me store the materials in my garage. Thank you all.”

“Ordered some acoustic panel samples which turned up on time. Staff in the shop really helpful and knowledgeable. I want to order some worktops with the joints pre-cut the guy I spoke to took me through the process of what they required. First time visit to Savoy Preston But won’t be the last, great service.”

“Good pricing, ordered on Tuesday and delivered by their couriers first thing on Friday. Worktops were well protected and seemed to be carefully handled by the courier. Happy to recommend and would purchase from them again.”

“Our kit arrived a week later than expected due to vehicle problems but delivery went well and the single person on the lorry said thanks for helping unload. At 71 was a little interesting assembly of the decking and handrails was exactly as expected so other than being short of washers all went to plan”

“Ordered some worktop and asked for it to be cut to 500mm and paid for cut off. Cut wasn’t accurate and went over the 500mm at the front and under at the back so the off cut was also off. Don’t know if they do that on purpose so that you can’t use the off cut but was expecting to finish the project off with 2 perfectly cut worktops and can’t do it. Also paid £12.50 for some edging, which the length was also poor. Emailed to complain and no reply yet, been waiting nearly a week!! Sent pics with close ups of measurements.”

“Great quality products and very friendly & helpful delivery driver. Instructions aren't the best but you can get around those with common sense, the finished prdoct looks amazing. very good customer service also, one deck board was damaged, this was replaced within days of reporting.”

“I placed an order for a value composite decking kit and was provided with a delivery date, however a few days later I was informed that the kit was out of stock. After a number of weeks I learned that the kit had been restocked and I was given a new delivery date, the following week. The kit was delivered on the new date and a very helpful driver helped me to carry the kit up a number of steps. The kit is definitely value for money. I have not yet been in a position to assemble the kit, but it is not the first I have acquired from this company but the first was easily assembled. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone seeking to purchase a decking kit.”
