No instructions for full kit. The decking planks were not the same size and had to be cut which I did not expect. I had to email wirh respect to delivery date. To be told an email had been sent???? However I had not received one.

Hi there, thank you for your review, just for clarity the instructions are held on the website and you just download them they are on each kit listing on the website and within the help and advice section. I have just checked on the system and an email was sent from our Wigan store informing you of your delivery date the day after you purchased your order, perhaps there was an issue with your email address but it was definitely sent, we apologise that you did not receive it. Regarding any wrong size boards - we will always replace any boards that are not the correct size, unfortunately, we were not informed so could not do this for you. But we hope your project was a success and you enjoy your new deck!

We had a delivery of composite decking arrive that was very damaged so had to return the whole order. Customer services were very good and after an email explaining the problem and showing photos a complete refund was issued within days.

I ordered 2 lengths of Zenith concrete laminate worktops and 1 upstand which were all in stock. I had asked if they had anything quicker than a week available for delivery. They did but wanted to charge a £70 delivery fee instead of £40. As the order was well over £500 I didnt wish to pay more money and emailed them to say that I would wait the week. On the morning of the delivery I phoned to ask what time it would arrive but they didnt have it and it wasnt coming. Scott offered us a full refund and told me to go to Wickes! Eventually the Store Manager sorted the mistake but the delivery driver had put it down the side of the house. We only found this out at 4.45 pm when we phoned to see what was happening. All things said now this was not a good experience and I doubt I would use them again.

Good product but expensive delivery charge and refusal to take back unused joists that were found to be not suitable for my project when the builder came to use them

I bought a decking kit , when it got to me it had quiet a lot missing rang and informed them , they said they would look into it , I am now 2 weeks down the line and still not got the missing items . So had to go out and buy replacements

I purchased some zenith worktops, on February 2nd and received the order on the 28th February. I was told orders were being processed it took 4 working days to cut and biscuit 2 worktops, upon fitting them I was not very impressed, then I paid for a fixing kit, which was not delivered with my order, so I had to ring again I did get a replacement only to find the colour match was grey for a white worktop and linseed oil, instead of a solvent cleaner. Scott on customer sevices was quite helpfull, i would not recomend savoy timber.

The decking kit was soaking wet so difficult to cut, some planks were badly cracked and had chucks taken from the sides. Clearly sent the Friday bad kit. Although the price was comparable to other companies the delivery cost of £111.00 was outrageous!! Especially as email said the delivery would start on Monday but by Thursday I had to ring to find out why they had still not contacted to say it had left the depot. Funnily enough it had suddenly just been picked up for delivery the next day. So not impressed

Easy to use service but we ordered samples for compact laminate worktop, expecting sample of the actual product, instead we received something resembling vinyl which was not at all helpful!! Disappointed.

5 to 7 days wait,,took 4 weeks and I had to do the chasing phoning weekly,,goods in where you pick your doors up from no help there’s your doors and walked off left feeling frustrated

Poor ,, the reason is, I did this last time I was asked to, sent a request to Savoy timber customer service, never received a reply. not impressed at all. Product and prices fine, if you get what you have paid for in advance when you turn up and the product is not in stock...

Two units came damaged. Only noticed when builders opened the boxes to fit, by which point it was too late to return and wait for replacement. Asked company for a partial refund having explained the situation and was refused.

Hi Sir, We are very sorry you are not happy with the service. We state on our terms and that all goods must be checked with 24 hours of delivery and any damages reported, within that time. This is so any claims can be made against the courier for goods damaged in transit. As these goods have been delivered then fitted they are then deemed as accepted by yourself. The info you gave us was that your builder had seen the damages and fitted them. We passed this information to the manufacturer. The manufacturer refused a return on the basis that goods had been fitted. If we had been told before fitting of the damages we would have arranged replacements. We are sorry you are not happy, this is the last thing we would want for any of our customers. Best regards Savoy timber

The worktop had a number of chips in it which would ruined the look had I not had to cut it in places the chips could be hidden. The fact that the worktop was damaged was never stated. Not impressed

Hi There, The worktop left us in perfect condition. They are checked by 2 people and wrapped to protect them before they leave us. I can see damage on the picture you added and we are so sorry that the couriers have damaged your worktop. We are always ready to help if any problems occur. Having ordered 18mm decking and received 15mm, I was not impressed especially as this decking was for a client's exhibition stand and there was no means/time to return/replace. Then to quote from words is the description "Please note all decking board sizes are approximate and timber decking is subject to dimensional movement." Shouldn't be when its machine cut!

Very prompt delivery unfortunately I was told as I didn’t live at the address I would be contacted with a date and time, this didn’t happen so I wasn’t there and had to rush over to accept the delivery.

Ordered 80 square spindles. Received 80 turned spindles. Only reason why not 1star rev. Because they were quick to organise a replacement, tho I’ve had to wait until they were collected for the new ones to be despatched
