“I placed an order for a value composite decking kit and was provided with a delivery date, however a few days later I was informed that the kit was out of stock. After a number of weeks I learned that the kit had been restocked and I was given a new delivery date, the following week. The kit was delivered on the new date and a very helpful driver helped me to carry the kit up a number of steps. The kit is definitely value for money. I have not yet been in a position to assemble the kit, but it is not the first I have acquired from this company but the first was easily assembled. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone seeking to purchase a decking kit.”

“These people are really good. I was doing some composite decking and fencing and these guys guided me through the entire process and at a very reasonable price too. They delivered everything i needed and took all the parts to my back garden which was very helpful. My only criticism is the people who load the truck throw any old rubbish on and I received a couple of sub standard planks and other bits. The safety gate was the delivery men who wouldn't let me take the rubbish, which they returned and replaced. They were fabulous. All in all, a very good experience. A quick tip is not to phone. They never pick up, email them and they get back to you very quickly.”

“I recently purchased a made to measure bifold door. The whole process from order to delivery was easy, on the only occasion I had to contact Savoy timber the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. “I ordered wrong size door I rang to replace the door it’s been 4 weeks now I’m still waiting for replacement you keep telling me you will ring me when it comes in on Tuesdays delivery but you don’t ring I’ve got to chase you and then it’s not there or you can’t find it then I’m being told your charging me 10% to replace it”

“So pleased with product we ordered another set of composite fence panels for the other side of the garden! Same process. Easy to order - communication excellent- same very competitive prices. Product delivered promptly and driver was great! Carried the whole order round the back of the house and didn’t want paying! Thank you! Highly recommended.”

“Their prices are very good and help in the Preston store is good. However, I found their website misleading. I ordered before 10.30 am Expecting next day delivery. My delivery slot was 8 days later! And it was too late by then as I’d paid. Not impressed at all. If I’d have known I would never have placed the order, so I guess that is their hook. But misleading to get business seems a low tactic from an otherwise ok company.”
