“Excellent service from Savoy Timber. There was a two to three week lead-time but I always knew that and they delivered when they said they would. Timber was good quality too - dry and flat. One suggestion for Savoy Timber would be to send two guys to offload as it's not acceptable to expect one fella to lump heavy timber all day on his own.”

“I did not receive my full order and my order is incorrect. I order a deck kit and a part damaged and no fixing kit and 4 deck boards missing. I ordered an additional 6 deck boards and this was by phone and my deck boards have been input as framing timber I did not ask for. I have sent a few messages concerning this yesterday and I’m waiting for a resolution ASAP. The delivery driver checked van for the missing no9 of 16 pieces and not on van. I reported that there was no fixing kit with the kit but since see that the deck boards (4) received 21 is the missing part. I therefore need my 4 deck boards as part of kit and the fixing kit +instructions and in the additional deck boards I need them delivered and the 6 framing timber I did not order uplifted. I cannot use this order to build its purpose until this is sorted. If this can’t be fully resolved then I request you to pick up the order I have and return my full payment. I requested in message yesterday for someone to contact me to resolve ASAP and I ask that you add this message to that previous message ASAP. Regards Dmacquarrie”

“Bifold doors ordered. Workmanship first class, finish excellent. It just takes so long to for them to be delivered; for my order it was 8 weeks. Otherwise I am very happy with the product.”

“I was sorely tempted to give five stars, but it was extremely tricky parking close enough to collect my purchase! Savoy have always proved to be helpful and well-informed over the years, and the issue above seems to be a result of their effectiveness. This was the first time of (at Savoy) on-line purchasing for me and I will probably follow this up in future to speed up the whole process - especially as my half-sheet of ply was carried to my car. Great service!”

“Decking kit arrived on time and majority of wood was good quality but one of the decking boards was missing and several pieces of the timber for the frame were the wrong lengths. I sent an email to the aftercare team regarding the missing decking board nearly 2 weeks ago and have not heard back regarding the issue my order. Poor customer service.”

“Easy to order. Good price. Although i had the economy 19mm boards i was very pleased with the quality. Out of around 160 metres i only waisted 2 due to cracking and knots. The only slight negative was that i did not recieve notification from Savoy when my order was sent. Had notice on the day of delivery a few hours before delivery from Tuffnels but had not read e-mails when they turned up and luckily caught me in. However, i would highly recommend, and am just about to order some more decking from Savoy.”
