“Got off to bad start 1 worktop was damaged in transit But fair play to savoy customer service very helpful replacing product a credit to there prompt help can't fault products very good happy ending only reason I put 4 sta to be honest nearer to 5 star will use them again”

“I understand keeping costs down , but I’m not sure it should be assumed there is someone on the other end to help carry heavy items such as kitchen worktops . A paid delivery service , in my opinion should have two people delivering such heavy items . Also a better tracking service would help”

“Our kit arrived a week later than expected due to vehicle problems but delivery went well and the single person on the lorry said thanks for helping unload. At 71 was a little interesting assembly of the decking and handrails was exactly as expected so other than being short of washers all went to plan”

“A good range of timber which seems to be of reasonable quality but recently I had to order some large lengths of timber that needed to be delivered, delivery was slow and most of the timbers were badly warped, almost like bananas. Driver said not his fault as he doesn't load them!”

“Easy to place order, reasonable price. Had phone call to confirm order. Took a week to deliver but unfortunately within that time I wasn't sent any information for a delivery day/date/time slot. Which meant I couldn't leave my home incase turned up.”

“Ordering was reasonably simple. Regular updates received about delivery. Only issue was not given opportunity to check the worktop and found out after that one piece was damaged”

“Great products at great prices only issue I had was when I needed to order a few extra components, what I received was wrong and damaged on 2 occasions, after a call or two it was resolved, just delayed me a little, but would still recommend, possibly just need to check this before dispatching extra orders via mail/courier”

“Its goid for price, on piece was damaged but unfortunately id cut it so didn't report it. The delivery drivers weren't very helpful and just left it on the drive. But you get what you pay for. So as far as value for money it was very good 👍”

“Helpful and friendly staff, across multiple visits to Preston, would have got you 5 stars, but there were avoidable delays and then further errors with my order. Everything was eventually put right but if it wasn't for the customer-facing staff I'd have given 1 star.”
