“No instructions for full kit. The decking planks were not the same size and had to be cut which I did not expect. I had to email wirh respect to delivery date. To be told an email had been sent???? However I had not received one.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, just for clarity the instructions are held on the website and you just download them they are on each kit listing on the website and within the help and advice section. I have just checked on the system and an email was sent from our Wigan store informing you of your delivery date the day after you purchased your order, perhaps there was an issue with your email address but it was definitely sent, we apologise that you did not receive it. Regarding any wrong size boards - we will always replace any boards that are not the correct size, unfortunately, we were not informed so could not do this for you. But we hope your project was a success and you enjoy your new deck!

“Bought some wood from Savoy, they delivered it, no problems,however today I realised I was 6 large decking boards to finish the job, I contacted then this morning ( Friday) and asked them if they could fix me up with the required wood, expected it to be a weeks delivery, I explained that I needed it to complete the task at hand, they delivered it to this afternoon ( sameday) now that is fantastic service, they were looking out for their customer, and I for one am extremely grateful for their 5 star service, a big thank you to your staff, brilliant I can't thank you enough”
