“Let down by delivery.paid £68 for seven day slot,waited all day,nothing,track and trace changes every time i try to find my delivery,could have got free delivery by local agent,i made a mistake on this purchase,i do hope the goods are in good condition when they arrive,very disappointed.”

“Warped boards made it difficult to put them on the frame,gouges in the timber off the plane machine,(I assume),I needed to get help because of this when I could have otherwise done it myself,some of the boards were short and not cut straight,poor quality of finishing on the product overall,this applies to both the decking kits bought,don’t think I’ll be buying anything else from you.”

“I ordered a decking kit. Savoy emailed me to let me know I would here from the delivery service, however the delivery service didn’t notify me and just arrived - luckily I was in. Then when we unpacked and started to build we realised we were missing 3 joints and 4 deck boards. However the costumer service team were very helpful and I am waiting for the missing pieces to be delivered.”

“Bought the basic decking kit which was ok. Some of the planks were split and many were green and had a sticky residue on them. Needed painting straight away as all different colours. Plenty of screws and looks good now it’s finished.”

“Not enough screws and what screws there were was not adequate to do the job. Black marks over one of the doors. Instructions not clear enough. And no phone call to say they were on the way. Had email to say they were being picked up after they were delivered. Not good communications. Apart from that very nice doors”

“I recently purchased some laminate worktops from Savoy along with their jointing fabrication service. I followed up my order via email the week before the job to check that it would be ready and received an email stating that they would put a note on my order but could not guarantee that it would be ready. This was five weeks after the order. I called in to the Preston site a couple of days later and it turned out that the order had been ready for weeks, it seems the person responding to the emails didn't have the wherewithal to actually check with the workshop. The chap that assisted me when I collected the order was very helpful and friendly and he helped me carry the worktops to my van. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the fabrication work. It is a very convenient way of getting the worktops done which would otherwise have meant committing to a time for getting a joiner to do it. I'll definitely use the service again and have already recommended it to others.”

“Needed a few decking boards to replace some rotten ones in our 22 year old decking and managed to find matching ones at Savoy. Found it simple to order click and collect and staff couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Excellent service and price . You put order in they give delivery price ( they are very cheap as I live in Kent) two weeks it turned up. Know dram from delivery driver about unloading on his own ect and all wrapped for easier lifting. Will use again.”
