“I was dubious about buying over the internet but having read the past reviews I went ahead and bought a 3m x 3m Decking kit. I am over the moon with the quality of the decking, it’s fantastic and the lady of the house is smitten with it. Thanks Savoy for the brilliant service and brilliant Decking. I would recommend this product and Savoy to all I know and those I don’t Thank you”

“Driver rang to say he was at delivery. No one was in so he carried all timber to rear of property and shut gate. Impressed couldn't ask for any more.”

“The earliest available delivery was 10 days but even then it didn't arrive. When I rang to find out where it was, i was told the products were out of stock. how does that happen with something you've already taken the money for ? I was told that someone had tried to ring me the night before to tell me- how would have that helped, i'd already booked time off work to fit the panels And if you rang howcome I've no messages or missed calls, given I've checked the number with you three times”

“Great service, a mix up with one item was sorted with a short phone call and the replacement delivered the following day with no fuss and the erroneous item collected. Have used several times over the last decade and never encountered a problem before, and the resolution of this mistake so quickly and painlessly reinforces my opinion of this being the place to go to for fencing and stuff in the area.”

“Need to clearly state delivery timescales, 14 days after you hand it to the despatcher, not 14 days from purchase confirmation, although did arrive shortly after despatch date. Decking boards have uneven lengths and some not square.”

“Savoy must be extremely busy as they don't answer phone calls speedily. I returned a gate as poor quality, after 4 week delivery time and got a refund. Knots in gate, not square top to bottom, rough stapled timber panels meant it would not last. Usually I'm happy with Savoy, unfortunately this product was not up to standard.”
