No goods yet, had a delivery date given to me on the 7may, was delivery will be Friday 22nd. You emailed me that the w/tops are discontinued, I changed the w/tops as requested imedietly. On the 22nd at 8.30am I received a email informing me that the goods are not arriving. Still waiting for a date to receive the worktops. Just would have been told sooner.

Very poor communication regarding delivery, emailed head office a complaint over this no reply two days later email below, maybe you will answer now? We placed the order above over the weekend, I have just gone to the front door to find my delivery dumped in front of my garage door, with the 6m lengths hanging over the public pavement, why has this happened? Firstly, why were we not contacted to be advised the delivery was being made today? I appreciate things are different at present but no phone call or any other form of communication from Savoy Timber Second, why did no one knock/ring the bell at our house, as we are all on lock down I am at home all day!! to advise you were delivering? Third, why were the goods left in front of a garage door meaning I have had to move the whole delivery before I could open the garage to bring the goods inside? Fourth, whey were the 6m lengths left hanging over a public footpath this is criminal and just silly from who ever the driver was? This is appalling service from your delivery team, and shows lack of care and attention and please do not use the line of covid 19 and current situation means you can not do things normally, I am running a haulage company and know things are not different but communication is now vital and there has been non. To top it all off I had to pay for this delivery as well despite the order value!!! What are Savoy going to do about this it is unacceptable

Order did not arrive on the day promised, called and advised it would be with me after bank holiday, when it arrived one item was missing, called and spoke to a manage who said she would call me back within 30 minutes, I had to call back later in the day and she had left work, was promised item would be sent out, when it arrived was the wrong item, called again and item sent out again, item arrived and was wrong again, called and spoke to same manager and emailed in a complaint, stated I was not happy, she stated she would speak to a colleague and call me yesterday, surprise surprise no phone call and no replying to my emails, shocking customer service and agree care, would not recommend to anyone, if I ran my business customer service like this I would have no customers

Terrible customer service, no response on phones or emails, calls never returned and this was to try and add to an order! Delivery still not arrived and no idea when its coming, ordered 6 weeks ago and had 2 phone calls since to say our delivery was coming and nothing turned up!

Still awaiting delivery 4 weeks later. Delivery date has been and gone with no delivery, little correspondence from Savoy. Told that the courier is not answering calls so none the wiser as to when my order will arrive.

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give 0. What can I say other than very disappointed. Given a delivery date which came and went and made promises to chase it up. Paid £25 for delivery so surely deserve an explanation (you took my payment 2 weeks ago)...still no worktop. Totally understand the times we are in, I am a carer who's time is precious. But asking me for a review is ridiculous when you've not delivered....

Hi there Helen sorry to see you haven't received your worktop we are working so hard to get as much product to customers as we can - your shipment was shipped from us on the date required - i understand our courier is having issues and instead of next day are working 1-2 days so as of now your order will arrive 1 day late - i am sorry you have been so upset by this

Receiver wrong size wood and loads of timber missing, waited 4 weeks and I’m still waiting on remaining wood

worktops ordered and paid 21 march to be butt and scribed, then lockdown so not their fault , after they opened again for delivery only i call them to be told the joiner is delivering and not in the machine shop. so no cutting being done , first available delivery 3 weeks, asked about just deliver to the pavement outside , manager will not allow,,,,,so had my payment from 21st of march and now is 6th of may and can not do a simple thing to assist a customer

Very dissatisfied with the delivery was way over expected date Nearly a week that we were told, due to it been moved from one depot to another and we were never notified by either parties that this was happening and the reason why it was late due to a depot closing, I think a little more update and follow through with products would be a good idea to eliminate these situations happening in the future.

I ordered 2 x 10 packs of 6.0m lengths I received only 1 pack to which some were also split. I have contacted you numerous times and to be palmed of with it should be on another lorry and will be delivered today. Which is has not!?

Absolute joke, I placed an order and was unable to find where I put measurements. I spoke to someone via the pop up chat on the website who advice me to send an email to the blackpool branch. Email sent, tried calling countless times with no answer. Timber arrived today, no cuts and just thrown in my front garden. I have tried again to contact with no joy. I know everyone is scared due to covid 19. But come on improve your customer service.

Product damaged in 2 places, obviously not during transit either. Free edging strip also not supplied. No reply to my emails regarding damage

Thank you for your review, I am so sorry that your worktop has been damaged we will of course replace this straight away for you, this will be arranged via our customer service department. We do have a robust quality control system prior to dispatch and even though rare damage can happen and we will always replace any damaged product. I am so sorry that we did not respond quickly enough but we will sort the replacement out without delay. Kind regards Savoy Timber

Ignored emails, refused to have goods delivered to my address, said it must go to address registered with eBay, address was registered to eBay, but sent to my previous address.

Thank you for your review, firstly I do apologise that we were not able to change your delivery address this is against ebay policy and we do have to send to the address provided through the ebay order. We did offer the suggest to cancel the order and re order with the correct delivery address. I can see that you emailed on Saturday, we have skeleton office staff on a Saturday and were not able to get to your message and are closed Sunday, hence why your email was only responded to on Monday, for this I do apologise. In the end you were able to change your delivery address with our Courier Tuffnells which is not the norm but we are so glad everything worked out OK and wish you every success in completing your project, kind regards Savoy Timber

Having spoken with the sales line before placing my order to ensure we live in a region for Savoy home delivery and asking if I can specify a date as I am only at home on a Thursday. He confirmed as long as I gave at least 7 days notice I could specify the date in the comments field when I was ready to place my order on line. Having done that my delivery date came through for a Monday!. Another call explaining my situation and the sales lady not happy advised she would rearrange, again I asked for Thursday and requested confirmation. Guess what I get a Tuesday. If I hadn't been advised initially that a day could be specified then I could accept that. But on 2 occasions now I have been given dates when I am not available to accept delivery and do not have a safe place for it to be left.

Hi there, thank you for your review, I have looked into your issue and unfortunately there must have been a technical error as we have not received notification on your order of a required specific delivery date and for that please accept our apologies. With our free home delivery service we will always try and accommodate our customers requirements but from time to time we may not have a vehicle in a specific area on a specific day and will give the nearest one available. In your case if Thursday is the only day you can receive your order I will make sure it is delivered on this day - if we do not have a vehicle in your area we will send this via courier - I hope this is acceptable. I did not receive the item I ordered and paid for. Members of the after sales team did make contact, said they had sent a replacement which has also not arrived and then did not phone back when they said they would after I requested a refund.

Hi there apologies for the delay in your delivery I have just checked and Parcelforce failed to deliver and your parcel was returned to the London South East depot at 19.37 last night it is now out for delivery today - in our estimation this would suggest they ran out of time to deliver your package. I will chase this for you and email you via your email address apologies for the delay in your delivery - but you can track your item on the Royal Mail tracking service with the delivery ID you were emailed - it is frustrating I agree when deliveries are delayed and it is beyond our control we will contact you shortly regards Savoy Timber
