“upon ordering the door with correct opening door sizes, I now find the door is to small for the opening, even with the 20mm slider in place”

So Sorry You feel the product is not correct , we make to specific allowances for the opening. I don't see any information communicated to our sales office so its difficult to comment without more information . Kind Regards Lisa

“Poor quality of door to start and then a very poor response from your customer service team. Pictures sent over. I was told that your joiner would have noticed my issue whilst the product was on the bench and he was sure it was incorrectly fitted or the 'wrong' type of hinge was used. I assured the unknown person that I've fitted many doors using the hinges with no issues at all and that the 'right' type of hinge should have beens stated on your website. 6 weeks on, not a single response. Sorry but this poor poor attempt of sale shouts onbdsman”

“You advertised accurately cut A4 (210mmx297mm) 3mm thick MDF board. It was wider by 1-2mm and it was no good for my purposes because of that. It was not accurately cut when you claimed it would be. I phoned your office, and while I was given a refund, the person I spoke to was reluctant to do anything (she said it was only out by a mm, so what was the problem?!) and was very surly. I won't be back.”

“After spending over £100 for delivery for a project over the easter weekend my delivery was missing items, after 5 calls i finally got through and told the items will be sent out for the following Tuesday (after easter) meaning i had to work from home so to sign for the items, but nothing turned up. Left it a few more days and still no delivery so i called back to be told nothing has been dispatched, now i need to wait yet another week for a weekend to finish off my project, not happy! As it stands, i still do not have my missing items.”

Hi Sir, so sorry you had trouble receiving your order. We use Tuffnells for delivery and when I have reviewed what has happened it looks like they have miss routed your order . We sent the missing items out for you and we have spoken to Tuffnells and they have explained they had an unusually large amount of freight in their network on the Bank Holiday weekend and they also apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. “Ordered two worktop samples on Internet payed for them with PayPal at the same time as ordering Only received one sample rang sales said one would post straight away so far still received nothing, Sent email attention of Savoy manager sales replied saying one would be sent straight away. Still haven’t received beech sample that has been payed for. Poor show.”
