I ordered a 1.5 cut to size worktop and I got an email asking what size I wanted and they said they would do it for me then when iv received my item it's not been cut to size at all

Order door made to measure and all you done is cut bit of top and bottom and charge me 4 time more than normal door what a jokejoke.

Hi Mr Thorrington, I am sorry you feel this way . I can assure you as I did in our conversation that this door has been worked on each side to make the door to your measurements and it has spent a lot of time in the workshop. I know you feelings now that your in the construction industry and its a job you feel you could have done yourself. But a lot of our customers are not in the construction business and do not have the correct tools to carry out these works. I am sorry you were not happy with the service . Kind Regards Lisa

I ordered and paid for 6 Louvre doors on eBay on 7th November They were delivered in the stated time but 4 of them were not The size I had ordered and paid for. I have made 4 phone calls and have still not been told when the ones I have ordered will be delivered and the wrong ones collected. Very disappointed. Item was damaged on arrival, pictures taken and email sent, no reply. I would like some form of refund please as the item was not delivered in perfect condition.

Very disappointed with a family run company, order didn’t arrive when told it would, poor quality, service and customer care is non existent, promised a call back from manager 3 days ago and still waiting 😡 Tuffnells delivery were ruder than rude, I will not be recommending this company or their products very very disappointed 😓

Good afternoon, our sincere apologies that your splashback was delayed but i believe this all to be received now. It is unfortunate but manufacturers do have delays on products from time to time and we try our best to work around product delays. I have passed your comments onto our couriers regards the delivery driver not waiting for you to inspect the products and will revert back,. I apologise if you were awaiting a call back from myself but I have not received a request that you would like me too, i am always more than happy to call and assist in anyway I possibly can. i have just called but could not get through. I bought a worktop and I cancelled the order before, I received the item. However the item was delivered and then it was a nightmare to send that back as the courier promised several times to collected the item and they did not. Finally the item was collected on 11/9/19 and I have not receive my money back.

i bought 4 worktops quite dear and heavy then I was told to pay £55 delivery, at the last hour before delivery I was informed that I had to carry them myself being 70 Great. of the 4 items 2 were damaged and had be returned I got a partial refund but no refund on the delivery charge. not very happy with service.

I ordered a decking kit 6m by 4.2 It said when I was ordering it that the longest length is what the length of the boards would be but instead when It was delivered I got 4.2 meter lengths when I spoke to you about it. I was told there was nothing could be done. I have attached the picture. The decking just wont work being in shorter lengths

Good afternoon, I will look into this for you straightaway on first inspection your order was placed for 4.2m in length and 6m in width hence why the 4.2m boards were sent - if you would like us to amend and change the order that will not be a problem. Hi Mr Singh, I can see that the order was delayed as we were waiting to receive sock from are supplier . Its very rare that we run out and can only apologise . I can see the courier caused a problem with delivery too,again our sincere apologies. Kind Regards Lisa

Sorry but no choice but to give bad review, ordered on website delivery 7-10 days, chased after 10 days and only then arranged a delivery. Then, waited in all day, delivery never arrived and no phone call, called them again the next day and was told not only did the delivery firm apparently break the panels but also they have decided not re-send them. Gave me a refund and said they were going to not deliver these panels long distance any more, which is fair enough but left me back at square one. would have been surely the right thing to do to at least make sure I got mine, especially since (as I explained to them) the panels are not available elsewhere hence why I ordered from Savoy in the first place. I got a refund and the customer service people were apologetic but still not really good enough

Hi Mr Yedman, So sorry we were unable to get the goods to you . Sometimes we have problems with certain delivery depots. If ever problems occur out of our control we have to make a decision based on facts. in this case the chances of getting the goods to you in prefect condition were very slim so we decided in this case it would be best to admit defeat so as not to disappoint and inconvenience you further with damaged boards. Is not a decision taken lightly and it is a last resort. Kind Regards Lisa

I have emailed you twice and sent pictures of the warped gate as requested , quite needlessly so in my opinion as an a product is either suitable or unsuitable for purpose and I find it insulting for you to impune otherwise. I am still awaiting your response and, insist that this inferior product is collected and a full refund be applied to the card provided. K.G.Freeman

Good morning Mr Freeman, the reason why we ask for photographic support is not to impune anything at all, we have a procedure to follow the first stage being photographs so we can assess the issue and then suggest and implement the most appropriate action plan to remedy any issue that might have occurred. The images provided do not categorically show warping and the gate has been installed but we can collect the gate, assess the issue and then replace or refund subject to investigation, our returns dept will be in contact kind regards Savoy Timber

I ordered the 6m lengths yes they arrived on time BUT they were like balsa wood & loads of splits had to lay them very carefully for the fear of snapping first & last time I'll use them

Hi There, Sorry to hear you were not very happy with the boards. we pride ourself on offering good value for money. The value board is the slimmer board out of the 2 types of 6m board we offer. Maybe you may have been more suited to the deluxe board. Thanks for you feedback . Kind regards Lisa

The gate you made for me was put together with 1mm panel pins, the strengthening X members only had 2 pins each end, Very poor workmanship!!!

Hi there, when we make made to measure custom gates the braces are loosely pinned so that they can be moved should you wish to hang the gate on the left or on the right. The braces are therefore not a finished element of the gate and require screwing on whichever side is suitable dictated by the side you hang the gate on this is described on the listings for all our made to measure gate listings kind regards Savoy Timber

Site awful but apart from that they got my order wrong and didn’t want to recognise any error. Worst service I’ve had in a long time which I’ve made all my social media accounts aware. Winter ever come back to using this company!!!!!!!&
