“Very good service! All good were delivered on time and with no damage. They even sent me an extra joist, which was a nice surprise. Very good value too, considering the good quality of the material. We will buy again in the future.”

“The service from Savoy was great and I would definitely deal with them again. However, their delivery contractor (Tufnells) were given the instruction to 'phone one hour before delivery. They didn't! Consequently, my wife and I had only just driven out to post a letter and the delivery then arrived! Because we weren't in the driver decided to unload the timber right in front of our automatic gates meaning it all had to be moved to before we could get the gates open and drive in. Also it mean't that the delivery driver forgot to leave the decking screws. When I 'phoned Savoy they were very apologetic and sent out the decking screws by next day delivery. No doubt Savoy will place a rocket under the delivery contractor!! All in all, Savoy did everything they could and I still give them 5 Stars!!!”

“Ordered on a Friday dinner , received a phone call about 10min after ordering with a date of delivery which was the Friday after . Delivery was excellent and on time . Wasnt curb side drop of the bloke took it all round the back so all round brilliant . Well done savoy”

“Brilliant service.Ordered a fence panel with a 2 week delivery window and two days before Good Friday.I wasnt expecting to receive the delivery on Good Friday.Brilliant to use a local business and great service.Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.”
