“Great service. Amazing prices & great quality. The only thing that I was a little annoyed about was the short / no notice on the delivery. Got a email the same day that it turned up but I can forgive that due to the other benefits.”

“My order was left at my front door because I wasn't home. I was told the courier would be touch with a delivery date and time but I never recieved that information. Lucky my order was still there when I arrived home. I have a disabled daughter and couldn't get her wheelchair into the house as the door was completely blocked with wood!!”

“The product that I received was of okay quality and a reasonable finish which is what I expected for the price. The customer service from Savoy Timber on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Poor communication from start to finish. I had to chase up the ‘customer service’ team on several occasions to find out what was happening with my order. I was then greeted with a ‘your delivery is on its way today’ whilst I was at work and the delivery needed a signature. Very poor communication through the whole process which was then followed by ignoring/refusal to reply to my subsequent emails. If you do choose Savoy Timber bare this in mind and prepare to send them a lot of emails asking what is happening.”

“product,good. yard staff as helpful as they can be.........counter staff ,who you have to see to pay for your ticket are the most poorly trained, ignorant and unhelpful , counter staff I have EVER encountered in ANY industry. I waited almost 15mins to pay (even though there were no other customers in the shop ) on TWO occasions !”

“Excellent service from Savoy Timber. There was a two to three week lead-time but I always knew that and they delivered when they said they would. Timber was good quality too - dry and flat. One suggestion for Savoy Timber would be to send two guys to offload as it's not acceptable to expect one fella to lump heavy timber all day on his own.”
