“Ordering online excellent however the delivery dates were extremely poor, First delivery date was missed by one day , there were screws missing from my order and I had to go buy some to get the project underway, facia boards were also missing. These were delivered two weeks late, as you are aware time is precious and I took one week annual leave to fit in the project and it has not been possible to complete. The facia boards are now narrower causing more work also. Customer service has been first class one of your team Scott has been very helpful . I will use your company again however if the same issues occurred then I would not be back.”

“Fantastic product, quality and lower price on the market.....I’ll advise to change your delivery company....a driver man that wanna leave two work top on the street is not ok....my wife ask him to get them to the garage together for good minutes, otherwise was an returned product..You lost a star because of that....”

“The price is unbeatable, the quality of the kitchen worktops is excellent, the appearance is brilliant. I would certainly deal with Savoy Timber again. The one minor improvement I would suggest is in the correspondence - firstly, the worktops arrived before the estimated time of arrival, which is of course fantastic and to the credit of the company, but no communication was send about this (until the delivery email), leaving us wondering, whether our products would arrive.”

“Great service!! Door fits perfectly. I had an issue with my handles/hinges not being sent even though the invoice showed them being sent out. I rung that day and they were couriered out that day arriving the next day. Real customer service. Will definitely use them again!”
