“Order did not arrive on day I was told by representative it would arrive. Did not receive delivery window on morning. No phone call hour before delivery. All round bad experience!”

Hi there, thank you for your review, i have checked into your issues and we delivered your goods within the 7 working day delivery timescale . The delivery is a day slot from 8am till 6pm so there is no delivery window to be received, we ask the couriers to call our customers 1 hour before delivery as you will see from the tickets on your products but this is requested not guaranteed, as we do not employ the courier drivers. “Bought a deluxe 3.6m x 3.6m decking kit and fascia boards. Couldn’t be more pleased with the finished deck. Everything cut accurately and easy to put together. Good quality for the price and looks great.”

Hi there, thank you for your review, Having looked at your situation i see that you purchased post formed worktops that were dispatched as ordered, we understand that you purchased incorrectly and require square edge - the listing you are referring to shows a post formed (rounded) worktop, the diagram shows a postformed profile with the measurement of that profile, the product specifications details the postformed profile and details the measurement of that profile. The worktop is in the post formed section of the website- not in the Square edge section of the website. We then as a gesture of goodwill gave a discount against changing the product you ordered to the product you would like to change to and have arranged it for dispatch the following day. I think all in all we have been proactive, fair and professional I am sorry you feel that we should have given you more money off but that would be unfair for other customers that order an incorrect product. “Price was very competitive and much cheaper than Kwikfit. However service was not great. The tyre the was replaced was left way over inflated (was 39 PSI and should have been 31) and the dust cap was left so lose it it lucky it didn't fall off.”
