“Happy with the service received, first batch of decking received was not as expected and Savoy were happy to address this. Upgraded to deluxe decking for our own reasons but was worth the while and delivered very quickly.”

“Very surprised at the excellent quality of the decking. The fixing kit had gone missing from my delivery and the great customer service I received was above and beyond. I have received a refund even though I was willing to take a credit note as I plan to buy more decking to finish off the garden. Very good price and I did shop around. Even with delivery charges I was still cheaper with savoy. Its great being able to buy a made to measure kit. Saves on trying to cut straight lines. Great company and great service.”

“timber was good and arrived in 7 days i have now ordered the decking and told 14 day wait for this next delivery i think this is poor the timber is from the UK not Australia why so long when i have paid full delivery costs.”
