product,good. yard staff as helpful as they can be.........counter staff ,who you have to see to pay for your ticket are the most poorly trained, ignorant and unhelpful , counter staff I have EVER encountered in ANY industry. I waited almost 15mins to pay (even though there were no other customers in the shop ) on TWO occasions !
