“Inefficient and poor service from start to finish. Having waited six weeks for the worktops I had ordered and paid for to arrive when they did they were severely damaged. It looked like they had been dropped several times. One had three of its four corners crushed. That suggests to me it was dropped more than once. The packaging was ok but not enough to protect it from the tender mercies of Tuffnells. I’m a kitchen fitter and will never order from Savoy again. I did manage to speak several times to a woman in customer services who did her best to help me which was appreciated but I get the feeling she was swimming against the tide.”

“I made an online order I got payment confirmation but phone call to arrange delivery because the customer was disabled to give him time to unlock gate. And 5 days later it arrived at his house without no communication from anyone very disappointed with service”

“Was emailed to say I would get 24hrs notice of delivery, I got 10 minutes! Not good as I was at work. Did call to ask what went wrong and was told I’d get an email, I didn’t! But did get one asking me to write a review.”
