“Good quality products. Unfortunately I had to call the store 4 days after my order as a click and collect order ready notification hadn’t been sent. Also my order hadn’t been pre cut upon arrival. The gent cutting the wood insisted that my measurements couldn’t be right although they were and the wood has been used. He was a little condescending.”

“Timber all in good condition,straight with no warping. Only issue I have is the screws supplied,there ok if your using the deck on flat ground(pavers etc). I'm using the deck for a raised deck 30cm off the ground,bought my own Hex screw fixings.”

“Ordered the wood. Over 20 cutest all different shpes. Absolutely no problem. I expected 1 or 2 days..... same day collection. Incredible. Preston branch. 10000% recommended. It will now be my source for business materials.”

“Ordered a worktop sample and didn't receive it as per expected date. Emailed Savoy and they said they'd send another. Not yet received that either. Therefore, it doubts me to place an actual order in the future.”
