I did not receive my full order and my order is incorrect.
I order a deck kit and a part damaged and no fixing kit and 4 deck boards missing.
I ordered an additional 6 deck boards and this was by phone and my deck boards have been input as framing timber I did not ask for.
I have sent a few messages concerning this yesterday and I’m waiting for a resolution ASAP.
The delivery driver checked van for the missing no9 of 16 pieces and not on van.
I reported that there was no fixing kit with the kit but since see that the deck boards (4) received 21 is the missing part.
I therefore need my 4 deck boards as part of kit and the fixing kit +instructions and in the additional deck boards I need them delivered and the 6 framing timber I did not order uplifted.
I cannot use this order to build its purpose until this is sorted.
If this can’t be fully resolved then I request you to pick up the order I have and return my full payment.
I requested in message yesterday for someone to contact me to resolve ASAP and I ask that you add this message to that previous message ASAP.
