“I ordered 2 x 10 packs of 6.0m lengths I received only 1 pack to which some were also split. I have contacted you numerous times and to be palmed of with it should be on another lorry and will be delivered today. Which is has not!?”

“Good price, quality, fast delivery but cutting is poorly done. Laminate on the edge is ripped off and about 4mm are missing. Have to cut it again or figure out how to do bended cover strip. Other side is all good.”

“Owing to the current crisis I was aware that a home delivery may two weeks or more to complete but I was quite astounded to have my order delivered a week after ordering and on a Sunday morning!! Thank you Savoy Timber for excellent work :-) Dave Parry, 57 Trunnah Rd FY5 4HF”

“Ordered a decking kit last week and have to say, from the person who answered the phone at the Wigan branch through to the delivery driver today (Dave) the experience has been outstanding. The product looks exceptional for the price and really appreciated the extra advice Dave gave me as to how best to install the decking with some tips and tricks which I would have not thought of. Delivery was Covid safe with proper distancing and facecovers. Highly recommended.”
