“worktops ordered and paid 21 march to be butt and scribed, then lockdown so not their fault , after they opened again for delivery only i call them to be told the joiner is delivering and not in the machine shop. so no cutting being done , first available delivery 3 weeks, asked about just deliver to the pavement outside , manager will not allow,,,,,so had my payment from 21st of march and now is 6th of may and can not do a simple thing to assist a customer”
