“Still awaiting delivery 4 weeks later. Delivery date has been and gone with no delivery, little correspondence from Savoy. Told that the courier is not answering calls so none the wiser as to when my order will arrive.”

“Excellent service. Needed 5 large trellis panels and after shopping around online found Savoy to be the best on price and quality is brilliant. Delivery was also half the price of B & Q. Fast delivery too. Quoted two weeks due to current lock down but arrived within a week. All round fantastic and will be back! Thank you.”

“Excessive delivery charge during the covid pandemic. I appreciate your commitment but feel exposed to extortionate charges driven purely by the covid challenges.”
