“Easy to pick and order the worktop in these strange times. Was delivered damaged by courier. Was offered replacement straight away but didn’t need it as was where sink goes.”

“Very dissatisfied with the delivery was way over expected date Nearly a week that we were told, due to it been moved from one depot to another and we were never notified by either parties that this was happening and the reason why it was late due to a depot closing, I think a little more update and follow through with products would be a good idea to eliminate these situations happening in the future.”

“The all round experience from beginning to end was excellent The packaging was extremely brilliant, with great protection, the delivery driver was 100+% brilliant I will certainly recommend Savoy Timber.. to all my building friends and DIY friends. “One of the few suppliers in the country who at this time (due to Covid-19) had the required item in stock and could deliver. Whilst I would normally source more locally and collect if possible, your help enabled me to complete a project. The short supply delay and delivery cost are a result of the virus situation.”
