“Absolute joke, I placed an order and was unable to find where I put measurements. I spoke to someone via the pop up chat on the website who advice me to send an email to the blackpool branch. Email sent, tried calling countless times with no answer. Timber arrived today, no cuts and just thrown in my front garden. I have tried again to contact with no joy. I know everyone is scared due to covid 19. But come on improve your customer service.”

“Advisor Scott was very helpful with my online order. I ordered several sleepers for a garden project and asked if they could be cut to size and delivered. Waited just over a week for delivery which is fantastic all things considered. Absolutely 5 star service (more than I can say about B&Q) thank you to all at Savoy Timber”

“Excellent quality decking and considering I ordered this decking kit 2 days before lockdown,and was told I may have to wait until it was lifted, which I was willing to do rather than accept a refund, I was delighted to receive a phone call less than 3 weeks later Telling me the order could be delivered without breaking the government’s distancing rules. Excellent service and product”

“Tried all day yesterday to order, but no chance. Got through today and ordered timber. I was told that it would be this week delivery but couldn't give date or time. Arrived at 14.00 hrs today. Absolutely brilliant service and delivery. Special thanks to the woman I spoke to who processed my order, and thank you to all at Savoy for such a quick response. AMAZING. C. O'Shea.”
