“Order was delayed by a week. Savoy contacted me to let me know and that was fine, I understood that they had an issue with their supplier. On the day of delivery, I had to chase up to know exactly when the gate would be delivered as no time slot given. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone or by email. Gate did arrive and delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. However we were missing the framing timber we needed to hand the gate and again after trying to contact the Wigan branch I got no response via phone or email. I’ve since emailed a few more times to try and resolve or get a refund and have received no response at all. Had to find alternative timber, which delayed the job further and cost more money. The lack of customer service let them down.”

“I ordered a decking kit from savoy timber, and very impressed, I read the reviews and was panicking thinking a wouldnt get a good service but honestly I couldn't fault it up to now, decking is going to be layed on Saturday, but my review is dont take the reviews as gospel, I had a lovely service so would rate them and thanks very much :)”
