Savoy must be extremely busy as they don't answer phone calls speedily. I returned a gate as poor quality, after 4 week delivery time and got a refund. Knots in gate, not square top to bottom, rough stapled timber panels meant it would not last.
Usually I'm happy with Savoy, unfortunately this product was not up to standard.
