“Hello. I still haven’t received my item. It says it’s despatched and it should have been delivered on the 15th but it hasn’t. Not sure what to do next? Can someone help pls?”

“Ordered on line, was told that I would be contacted as soon as my order was ready for collection, still waiting for the confirmation. Tried to call Blackpool store no one answered, so made a journey to store with out confirmation. Apparently my order was sent to Wigan although I'm in Blackpool. The staff at Blackpool very helpful especially Stuart who cut my order to size.”

“On a positive note the worktop I purchased is of good quality and was reasonably priced. However, their communication is non existent, the traffic management at their Blackpool branch is a disgrace, there was no effort being made by anyone there to social distance, not even the staff (who weren't even wearing face coverings). First and last time I use Savoy, I shall drive all the way to Leyland to use C W Berry, a far superior place to shop.”

“I ordered a 3 meter length of worktop and the people at my local Savoy contacted to say they would be sending a 3.6 meter one at no extra charge as the 3 meter one was out of stock. Smooth transaction and superb delivery- really happy.”

“This is fab decking and for the competitive price we can’t complain at all. It came quickly especially given the current circumstances, we got a phone call to confirm we would be in half an hour before delivery. The decking was super easy to put together (me and my partner are not experienced at DIY at all so were a little worried at how well we would put it together but it was so easy even for us!) and has transformed the back of our garden into a nice seating area! We are absolutely chuffed with our budget decking & couldn’t have asked for a better product or service. Looks gorgeous, easy to put together, super cheap & fast delivery! Thank you so much”

“I love my decking kit very good value took a day to do it’s beautiful, it came soaking wet and after a week of dry weather it’s still soaking wet so I don’t know if that’s going to effect it but so far so good. I was sent an extra board as one was cracked but I actually had two that were cracked but I’ve managed to secure it so fingers crossed it’s going to be fine. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. Delivered on the specified day and lovely delivery guys put it where I asked so really happy”

“Very poor material, it’s not same as shown on picture. B&M bargain deck boards 100times better than savoy timber. I regret buying from Savoy”

“Got a full decking kit and it was perfect. Quality timber all cut to the perfect length. Took me less than an hour to build it. Highly recommend Savoy Timber for good quality timber delivered efficiently and working a week.”
