It would have been 5 stars as the service and support were excellent however on arriving home with the 75mm x 75mm fence posts they were all found to be suffering splits and cracks. Whilst usable the appearance is not as pleasing as it could be. In retrospect if I were to purchase any timber in future from Savoy timber it would need close inspection before accepting it to ensure it was up to to the standard I would need for my purposes. I think this was an exception to the rule as Savoy timber is normally excellent in all respects !
