“never recived my order of samples emiled the after sales team to ask wots going on havent heard anything got my decking from another company as this experance has put me off useing savoy timber”

“I was charged 99p for postage of two samples. I received my samples today and the postage shown on the envelope was 49p I can not comment further as i have not put an order in.”

“Worktops are beautiful however one was damaged lovely crack in front could of been caused by a forklift I’ve sent email with pictures of damaged edge also spoke to Manager on Tuesday 13/4/2021 he promised to call back same day to discuss matter further however I’m still awaiting that call first time purchasing from Savoy Timber not a good start”

“Great service. Bought decking kit. Had problem with wrong parts of frame delivered. Quick phone call got correct part in few days. Kit was simple enough for a lady to put together. Good quality and looks good.”

“great piece of kit easy to assemble. only fault is waited a little longer then expected for delivery due to a fault in the system cancelling the order but taking payment. second time ordered delivery a few days later”
