Products 1st class, service diabolical. Once made about 34 calls til the phone was answered. Told I couldn’t book Saturday slot and was 14 day wait anyway. Items turned up a few days later when I was at work and nobody rang to say order was on way. Then I was told the driver would come Saturday afternoon when they said there was no Saturday deliveries initially but the stuff arrived Saturday morning ha. I had some heavy worktops on the van and the poor guy was on his own so I had to help him. I would recommend you employ someone just to answer calls and take orders because you must be losing so much business.
