“I am still waiting for order to be completed I have contacted via email with pictures 11 items on the ticket only nine delivered I only have 15 decking boards instead of the 20 stated and I had a damage one two and now my emails are not being answered”

“Amazing service - from the point of ordering they contacted me within an hour to organise delivery. The man on the phone was really friendly, as was the delivery man who was able to put the delivery exactly on the drive where I wanted. Just great service.”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Savoy timber. They supplied all the timber for my garden room over 7 years ago and most recently last week ordered some decking, posts and joists. The service was prompt and delivered when they said. Great value and timber with few knots or twisting. The driver dropped everything right where I asked him to and nothing was too much trouble for him. I went for the 28mm decking in 5m lengths and it will see me out that's for sure. Don't waste time shopping around just buy from Savoy, job done!”

“I ordered the wood and received it the very next day, this was great as they'd quoted 7-10 working days online when i placed the order. great service from the delivery driver, he got the wagon into a tight driveway to allow for hassle free unloading directly into my garage.”

“Although your products are outstanding the level of service I received on this order was poor. Ordering the materials was easy so off to a good start. However when I arrived at the wigan branch things started to not live up to previous experiences. I turned up and most staff seemed to be on a fag break. I went into the doors section where one member of staff was eating a sandwich talking to a colleague. It was about work so I stood and waited. They both looked at me, no smile or acknowledgement and they continued their conversation. After a few minutes and no acknowledgement I left and went into another section where both members of staff were on their phones, I interuppted them and asked where I went for online orders. It gets better... I went into the materials section where I handed over the paper with my order. The chap cut two boards and said what an odd size to order. I corrected him saying they are meant to be cut into strips which he replied "no". I pointed out the lengths and widths to which he grabbed the paper without a word and cut the widths. I questioned the lengths and he replied "we don't do that". Not sure what the point of adding a length was when you supposedly don't "do that". There was a lovely girl who offered to help me carry the mdf to the car and we had a lovely chat. She was the only positive part of the experience. I'm so so disappointed in the experience as I'm just starting to renovate my house and had planned to order the majority of materials through this company. However I really dont like being spoken to in a rude manner, ignored and simply treated like an inconvenience.”

“Timber some times comes different sizes that was ordered please get someone that can measure properly. Some wood split And damaged. Ask for threaded some peaces was untreated. And now you have changed the buying the pre cut lengths to where you have to work out how many 300mm you want is just stupid and takes long.”
