“I visited Savoy to look at the composite decking I was interested in, a really helpful and knowledgeable member of staff (Adrian) talked me through the options and advised according to my requirements. I ordered by phone later that day and was pleased that the delivery came ahead of time a few days later. Delivery chap was great and I am really pleased with the composite decking I bought. Good product, good price and good people. Thanks Savoy.”

“Value decking Not good quality , Faulty , 6 boards was too damage to use. use other ones that wasnt 100% has I found them after I complained. couldnt finish decking, after complaining said they will sent , ringing daily found out there was out of stock, asked if I could have next size up , i will pay different price but still not in stock after 2 weeks, I complained again and I manage to talk to a different person and she sorted it out and , I got the 6 new boards 3 days later. when arrived 2 was damage , but you know what i just put down, has I didnt want to be messed around again”

“We were very pleased with our recent purchase of black sparkle worktops and upstands, it was all delivered promptly and well packaged, so no damage. The only comment we would make is that although the worktop prices are good, the delivery charge is maybe a touch on the high side. Thanks Savoy Timber.”

“Great prices, plenty of availability too. Delivery charges very reasonable and communication was great. I was a little last minute with an order and the website suggested it may not arrive in time but after speaking to the depot direct I was assured it would, and it was. Would highly recommend and would use again myself.”

“I ordered a bi-fold made to measure door, the system and ordering/payment process was very good. The delivery forecast was 6 to 8 weeks delivery, I did ring up after 4 weeks to see if forecast was correct and was assured that it was. I contacted them at 8 weeks to find that they had a backlog of work and it would be about 2 weeks longer, in reality it was another 4 weeks. To make it worse the delivery companies internet was down so it just turned up 3 days after it had been dispatched. The door was ok and well wrapped. NO MORE ORDERS TO THEM!”

“The order went through easily and delivered quicker than stated. 2 no. boards were damaged and 1 I had to order a replacement for as it was badly damaged. The replacement board is now going up and down the country and hopefully will be delivered soon. I don't think Tufnells are the most efficient of couriers as they said it would be delivered yesterday.”
