“I recently purchased some laminate worktops from Savoy along with their jointing fabrication service. I followed up my order via email the week before the job to check that it would be ready and received an email stating that they would put a note on my order but could not guarantee that it would be ready. This was five weeks after the order. I called in to the Preston site a couple of days later and it turned out that the order had been ready for weeks, it seems the person responding to the emails didn't have the wherewithal to actually check with the workshop. The chap that assisted me when I collected the order was very helpful and friendly and he helped me carry the worktops to my van. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the fabrication work. It is a very convenient way of getting the worktops done which would otherwise have meant committing to a time for getting a joiner to do it. I'll definitely use the service again and have already recommended it to others.”

“Needed a few decking boards to replace some rotten ones in our 22 year old decking and managed to find matching ones at Savoy. Found it simple to order click and collect and staff couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Excellent service and price . You put order in they give delivery price ( they are very cheap as I live in Kent) two weeks it turned up. Know dram from delivery driver about unloading on his own ect and all wrapped for easier lifting. Will use again.”
