“So the product looks good and the call centre staff have been helpful but my experience had been pretty poor. I ordered £1300 of decking and clips. On delivery there were no clips and 4 boards were gouged and scratched and one was totally snapped in half. The way you transit these boards on pallets with no protective wrapping around them is asking for issues like this. The call centre staff were helpful and arranged next day delivery of the replacement items. This was a Friday of a bank holiday weekend when I had planned to lay the decking so getting it the next day (Saturday) was a life saver. Except that didn’t happen. Whoever despatched it sent it ParcelForce Next WORKING DAY 24; so it’s currently sat in the Basingstoke ParcelForce depot until Tuesday when I then go away on a work trip for a week. Whole thing has been a cock-up really. My order was 98848. Could not really recommend you after this I’m afraid.”
