“The decking kit is great and am really impressed with it, delivery was really quick. I just wish there were the posts for putting in the ground. I am going to have to buy them now. So a great kit but you will need to buy more timber.”

“Hi, I ordered the decking sample pack to help choose between the delux or standard decking. I was charged for the cost but the sample pack never arrived. I ordered the 5m deluxe boards when it became available and this arrived in good time. The boards are good quality and to have 5m boards available in these times is very good indeed. Ant”

“Bought a variety of decking board sizes to make a decked area for the pergola and a large planter. All wood was of great quality. Would recommend and will definitely buy again for future projects. Delivery drivers were great too, helped unload it all to my back garden which is away from the road where the van could not park but it was no problem at all for the, thanks savoy.”

“Nothing wrong with the decking balustrade kit. Nothing wrong with delivery period. However, I received the items 2 and a half hours before Savoy notified me by email!! So, only 3 stars on this occasion.”

“Ordered some 6m decking. Dont get the cheap one they are very thin and a waste of money. All pieces bend left or right at the ends about a metre so this will have to be cut out if you want straight pieces of decking.”

“I would question whether this is a “kit” at all. I bought a 5.4m x 3.0m decking kit with handrails at a cost of over £1,000. What arrived was 26 bundles of timber with no inventory to check against and a single box full of loose bolts and screws. Apparently I ordered incorrectly as I wanted boards to run parallel to the 5.4m side, not the 3.0m. So this left me some off-cuts and 4 boards short. When I asked for some help from Savoy, they said they could swap my remaining boards, but at a cost of an additional £100! (The cost of 4 boards being £32). Couldn’t be more disappointed and would 100% suggest you look elsewhere for your decking needs.”
