“Excellent in every way. Prompt despatch, beautifully packed navy suede slingback heeled shoes, which look fabulous on. My first purchase from S&G so I was unsure about sizing and the extra width means I’m now back to the size 37 I used to be. “The shoes were perfect and very comfortable. The first fashionable high heeled shoes I’ve worn for a long time that didn’t hurt my feet after 30 minutes! “These shoes have been a godsend for me . I have purchased two pairs so far . My first purchase was the Alice ballet flats . These are so well made and comfortable from the start . I usually have to put shoe stretchers in for a good few days , but not with these beauties. My second pair are the Lena wide fit slingbacks , these shoes have got the wow factor ...very stylish with a kitten heel and once again so unbelievably comfortable . I know these shoes are not cheap but the amount of money that I have wasted on what were supposed to be "wide fitting shoes" I wish I had found Sargasso & Grey first .The delivery is fast and the shoes are beautifully packed with a free dust bag. I would 100% recommend that you try this company .”

“I ordered the Lydia Wide Fit Knee High Boots - Brown Suede. This boots are incredible, super comfortable, I love them. I would give 10 stars. My disadvantage is that, being from Romania, I paid 120 pounds customs duties, a lot of money :(”

“I ordered the knee high boots in a wider calf fitting. I absolutely love them, well worth the investment. I went up half a size just in case but really didn't need to. Just didn't want to be parted from them to send them back so putting a pair of socks on over my tights and they are perfect!”

“I already have the suede Lily boots which are super comfortable, and I assumed that the leather Lucille boots would fit the same. Unfortunately, they are too tight around my toes and also over the arch of my foot, digging in around the ankle to top-off the discomfort. I’m devastated because I’d been waiting for a leather version with a thicker heel, and these will have to go back. It’s deflating to find that even specialist wide fit shoes don’t fit me anymore.”

We are really sorry to learn that this boot wasn't a good fit. They are made using exactly the same last (shoe mold) as the pair you already have so, in theory, they should feel the same. You might want to try a half-size bigger. A little extra space all over might work and make all the difference.🤞🏻

“I recently purchased the Cecily sandals to wear at my son's wedding. The sandals were exactly what I was looking for, beautiful to look at and great quality but they were extremely uncomfortable. After about an hour my feet were killing me! Customer service from Sargasso and Grey was excellent, I had to return the first pair as they were too small and received the second pair very promptly.”

“I have ordered both the Catherine and Eve court shoes. Customer service was good. The Catherine shoes are more padded and more comfortable than the Eve shoes. They are both of very good quality. The only reason I have not given a 5 star is due to the sizing. I ordered the Catherine in size 3 and half which were a bit big but was told they do not go down to a size 3 in that shoe. I was able to get a size 3 in the Eve shoe (luckily in the sale) but found they were exactly the same size as the 3 and half and too big again. So I found the sizing confusing. I would definitely recommend the quality of these shoes but they are obviously expensive - although the Eve was half price and so very reasonable.”
