“So worth investing in a beautifully made, stylish high heeled sandal for my wedding 😊 . I bought Star - a gorgeous pale gold platform soled sandal and they are gorgeous. I have very flat feet, practically no arch and exceptionally wide - these are just perfect for me. The service has been superb, responsive and thoughtful with follow up emails. Thank you x”

“These shoes are wide fit but the buckle is placed way too far back on the shoe. It’s impossible to fasten the buckle without assistance. Also the buckle itself is small and flimsy. It’s a shame because they are an attractive shoe”

Dear Caroline We are sorry to learn that the position of the buckle is causing an issue for you on the particular shoe you ordered. I also understand the straps and buckles are slim on this shoe. If we used a thicker strap and buckle, I fear it would change the whole aesthetic of the shoe. That said, we don't want customers to struggle putting our shoes on so we will definitely keep this feedback in mind for future designs, and perhaps look to offer styles with different fastening options.
