“Fabulous shoes , very comfortable can’t wait to wear them at my wedding, the colours match is perfect Like everything in life you get what you paid for, I wouldn’t hesitate to order another pair of shoes”

“I bought some evening shoes for a cruise in May, but they were not suitable for every day use, so was able to re-sell them on the Marketplace. This was quick and very easy (for someone who is not good with the internet). The customer service for this, was most helpful and understanding. I was able to purchase a new pair of shoes. When they arrived, my husband looked at them and said - they won't fit you! - how wrong! They looked small and neat, but were amazing when I put them on. They are SO comfortable and at last (at 81yrs) I have a smart pair of normal shoes, which fit extremely wide feet. Thank you.”

“I truly love your shoes. It is the comfortable shoe I ever owned. I like it so much after my first try out I immediately ordered two more pairs… The price is good for the regime and comfort. Return is very easy even though it was my mistake to click a wrong size , Ms. Carrie made it so easy to return and replace… I wish you have more closed black and navy blue shoe with low heels. My job requires for me to stand for 8+ hours. With sargasso shoes , my feet wasn’t painful. Normally I ware tennis shoe for work but I can now ware my new sargasso shoe. It’s pretty and comfortable… Only one thing I may ask is if you can make platform heels in closed dark colors! Thank you!! Christina”

“While shipping from UK to US was a bit of a hassle (the class of service chosen by Sargasso meant I had to pick up the parcel), the shoes are glorious. I have a wide foot plus bunions so I was not sure it would fit comfortably. Not only do they fit - they are so beautiful. I know spending nearly $300 on shoes is quite extravagant (at least for me), but they overdeliver on comfort, beauty and fit. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.”

“The shoes ordered were very good quality. I ordered two sizes to try. Delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately neither shoe fitted as I needed. Returning the shoes was very easy and free on-line and via the Post Office. Refund has been paid promptly. Thank you.”

“The shoes are great - perfect fit for my feet that have become wider as I have to older! Very smart and so comfortable - I have so much trouble finding shoes that are fashionable, smart and wide enough for me. The shoes are expensive but I will get a lot of wear out of them. First outing is to Ascot next week.”

“Bertie is a great wedge sandal. Super comfortable and classy. I have it in Bone so neutral and also in orange ( not neutral) and love them both. So nice not to hide in black and navy flats”

“Sadly the ballet flats did not make me happy.i was very disappointed. They were heavy and clumsy looking and nothing like the photo. They were a very poor fit and I know they would not have been comfortable. I have a pair of ballet flats I bought from John Lewis roughly fourth years ago and they are still as good as new. I can walk with ease and comfort for miles, which is what I need from a shoe. I am sorry to be brutally honest but Sargasso & Grey shoes are not for me. I do however wish the company great success.”

“I nedeed a smart pair of flat shoes that I could wear to a formal evening dinner. I have bad bunions and wide feet, not a good combination. I saw the Dionne Extra Wide Flats in black suede and hoped they would fit me and enable me to walk around without agony! They fitted perfectly and what's more are comfortable, a great result! They are also very stylish and will look good under my long black velvet evening skirt. So no matter how wide the feet and bad the bunions there are stylish shoes for the occasion.”

“A lovely handbag, exactly what I wanted. A perfect size, larger than most crossbody bags, which again, was what I needed. I’d rejected at least 20 lovely tan leather bags, all just too small. Delighted when I found this. Delivery was speedy, the bag itself, perfect for me. Not cheap, but I wanted something good and I think I’ve found it. Thank you, Sargasso and Grey.”
