DISAPPOINTED! On paper the Emma wide fit trainers sounded like everything I wanted.Unfortunately when they arrived one trainer had a ‘ bump’ on the toe box, leaving a dent inside which I think would rub causing blisters.The heels were creased on both shoes( inside and out).The product info mentioned the word soft twice.Sadly I have never had any shoe/boot/trainer with leather as hard as these trainers. Wouldn’t be able to walk comfortably in them as the sole isn’t flexible.The laces are white but the leather isn’t.(Did want white trainers).Emailed about returning the faulty trainers and disappointed that the reply was AI generated. Returned the trainers for a refund. Initially the company sound like a caring one- different to the high street. Although the return was free still had to pay for the privilege of receiving faulty trainers( even though I wrote faulty on the invoice when returned).

It can be very frustrating not to get the answers you need promptly, which is why we only use an AI agent to provide an immediate acknowledgement and, where possible, quick answers to common queries. However, any expression of dissatisfaction—as was the case with your message—is always immediately routed to a human team member for personal attention. While our fulfilment centre does not have the capability to refund outward shipping fees, I have personally gone ahead and arranged this for you. I had purchased shoes in the past and was very happy with them, but as their sizing chart had changed and there were new styles, I had questions I needed answered. I called and left messages and sent messages on five separate occasions via email with NO Response. I even posted on their Facebook page, again no response. Very disappointed.

Hi Dawn I apologise profusely if no one has responded to you, but I think there has been some misunderstanding here. You posted comments on our Facebook page under a different surname from the one you are using here. As we couldn't find any record of this name in our system, we responded directly to the comment and asked you to email us. We also searched under your first name in our customer service system and again found nothing linking your name, so we had no other way of responding to you. Only now that we see your surname in this review (and that it is different to your Facebook post), are we able to directly contact you, which we will of course now do.

I was desperate for shoes that my poor old feet could cope with. They look brilliant and arrived on time. I just need to test them out at a party...a case of wait and see.

Superstella Wide Fit Trainers - Green & Pink Unfortunately for me fabric of these trainers is much to hard. I had to take out the sole but even then it feels uncomfortable, not smooth and soft at all.

I already have the suede Lily boots which are super comfortable, and I assumed that the leather Lucille boots would fit the same. Unfortunately, they are too tight around my toes and also over the arch of my foot, digging in around the ankle to top-off the discomfort. I’m devastated because I’d been waiting for a leather version with a thicker heel, and these will have to go back. It’s deflating to find that even specialist wide fit shoes don’t fit me anymore.

We are really sorry to learn that this boot wasn't a good fit. They are made using exactly the same last (shoe mold) as the pair you already have so, in theory, they should feel the same. You might want to try a half-size bigger. A little extra space all over might work and make all the difference.🤞🏻
NOT GOOD! I live in the USA, I ordered a pair of bridal shoes size was too big and it did not look like I wanted in person. The company does not cover International shipping cost OUTSIDE OF UK so my shipping cost to return shoes was $200!!!! So much for gettting my full refund :(

We were really shocked to learn that the cost of returning the shoes was so high. We contacted Fed-Ex about this but we haven't had a response. Our understanding is that courier prices have risen dramatically due to COVID, resulting in a reduction in air traffic that carries the parcels. In order to resolve this issue, we are now able to offer a local returns address (Miami) for our US customers. For all of our other international customers, we would strongly advise you to purchase shoes via Paypal and to sign up for their free returns service, which offers to cover the cost of returns shipping (T&Cs apply).
