“I bought the long buckskin boots and from first wear they felt like I had been wearing them for years. A broken ankle means no more heels for me so it’s awesome to find flats and low heels that fit so comfortably”

“Fantastic customer service! Firstly I was delighted to find a company which has so many foot sizes and calf widths! (I am typically a 42, needing a wider calf (I am 5'10 and size 14-16.) First pair of boots ordered were lovely, but were too long in the foot and too narrow in the calf. Katie took the trouble to ring and discuss other sizes and colours in the style I wanted, and managed to find a pair in the sale! Thrilled with my new boots! Highly recommend on the basis of customer service alone!! Time will tell with the boots, as I haven't worn them much yet, but they look great and seem to be very well made!”

“I don't really have wide feet but I do have difficulty in finding shoes that are comfortable and stylish. I ordered my usual size but these were too big. As I really liked the style of the shoes and I exchanged these for a smaller size. The smaller size fits perfectly and they are so comfortable. The exchange process was efficient and speedy. I am very happy with my shoes and with the whole experience. “Excellent service, beautifully made shoes - very sadly on this occasion the style I ordered did not fit in a 5 or 5 and a half, however the pair I previously ordered for a wedding were superb, very comfortable and stylish. Delivery was quick and the company were very prompt in reimbursing me once I returned the shoes. Would certainly use this company again. Absolutely excellent in all aspects!”

“Katie was trully so nice and wonderful. i made an order for the first time and had the shoes delivered to me. once i recieved them i loved how they looked so much that i threw away the box they came in and put the shoes away in my closet and planned to try them on later that week. i suddenly had to fly overseas for a few days and only when i came back did i try on the shoes and to my dissapointment the size i got was WAY to big for my feet. i contacted katie and explained the situation and that to my stupidity i had thrown away the shoe box before trying on the shoe. she was very kind and gladly accepted my return. at the end i got my currect size and bought another pair in another color. i love them and the quality is superb!”
