“Excellent fit and looked beautiful on very stylish”

“I nedeed a smart pair of flat shoes that I could wear to a formal evening dinner. I have bad bunions and wide feet, not a good combination. I saw the Dionne Extra Wide Flats in black suede and hoped they would fit me and enable me to walk around without agony! They fitted perfectly and what's more are comfortable, a great result! They are also very stylish and will look good under my long black velvet evening skirt. So no matter how wide the feet and bad the bunions there are stylish shoes for the occasion.”

“A lovely handbag, exactly what I wanted. A perfect size, larger than most crossbody bags, which again, was what I needed. I’d rejected at least 20 lovely tan leather bags, all just too small. Delighted when I found this. Delivery was speedy, the bag itself, perfect for me. Not cheap, but I wanted something good and I think I’ve found it. Thank you, Sargasso and Grey.”

“I had ordered extra wide shoes because of bunions and toes that are getting worse and worse arthritis. The shoe was a bit wide at the toes because my feet are a bit thin, but with a pad I added in the bottom, they are now perfect and sooooo comfortable. Haven't worn a closed toe shoe comfortably in years!! The shoe I bought only came in extra wide so if your feet are thin, perhaps try the wide shoes first. Love these beautiful shoes!!”

“Nice shoes but not wide enough for me so returned them. They arrived but were not processed so after two phone calls, finally manually refunded but then it took several days to come back to my account. Each time “the system” was blamed. I won’t reorder as the returns is not good.”

The first time I wore these was for a wedding, I hadn't broken them in at all and I wore them all day and most of the night with no pain or discomfort - probably a first!! “The service is impeccable and the width of the boots is fantastic. However, there is not much padding/support in the forefoot and therefore I cannot wear these boots all day or standing for long periods of time which is such a shame as with a bit more support in the forefoot they would be great - I got the Lucy Boots in Size 40.”

“I can hardly ever find elegant shoes wide enough for my wide but not excessively wide feet. If I go up a size, the width can sometimes be ok, but then they slip at the back so that’s no good. I have returned more shoes than I’ve had hot dinners so I was very pleased that S&G have free returns, and even more pleased that they fit perfectly and I don’t need to return the 2 pairs of beautiful court shoes I bought. That has never, ever happened before. Am I hoping for too much that the range of ballet style shoes might increase to include some more colourful ones with a little arch support…?”

“The shoes are great quality, presented beautifully upon arrival. Sadly, none of them are comfortable for me. I have oblong shaped feet, so find most shoes too narrow and was therefore hoping that yours would be a solution. Sadly the wide fit are a bit too wide on the mid foot and ankle areas, but still not really wide enough where my toes go. I am very disappointed as I had such high hopes that these amazingly made shoes would fit me. I shall have to return all three pairs.”

“I have NEVER found a brand that so consistently delivers excellent fitting shoes. I used Sargasso and Grey for my wedding shoes, and had a beautiful pair of their Clare heels. I was able to wear them ALL. DAY. having barely "broken them in", we walked around uneven ground and danced the night away. Absolutely amazing I could not recommend them enough. They also have fabulous really personal service and helped me out when I was working out my sizing with them so had to make some returns. Five stars, never change Sargasso and Grey!”
