“Really lovely letters from Santa and fun activity pack. Order them for my grandsons each Xmas and they're so excited when they receive them.”

“Getting very expensive for what you actually receive. The add on extras to the letter are very pricey in particular. Unfortunately this has made me decide not to use this company again.”

“Have ordered from your selves previously and recieved the letters late (this was when there was a royal mail strike last year so figured it was for that reason). Ordered again this year and only arrived last week. Thankfully I ordered some from another company, which was gratefully recieved 5 days after I had ordered it. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from your selves again.”

“Great service, loads of designs to choose from, however my little will be 11 years old this Christmas so not sure if I still order one unless the designs change a bit to suit older children.”

“Order these letters every year. They make it so magical and my son looks forward to his replies from Father Christmas and his nice list certificate. Such a wonderful tradition that I’ll keep going for as long as he believes. The letters are worded perfectly and you can add personalisation which makes children feel special”
