“Very disappointed, actually. To date, Jan 2, have not received letters in the mail. Fortunatley, was able to print them via download for grandchildren. Also paid extra for text messages which were not received either. Paid for services not received - VERY DISAPPOINTED!”

“My wife and I have used Santa Direct for a few years and we really love the program. As of today (1/1/24) we still have not received our Santa letters that were supposed to be delivered on Friday, 12/21/23. This is the second year in a row our children did not receive their Santa letters that we purchased before Christmas. Last year we received them a few days after Christmas but it was still too late-my wife had to stay up drafting her own Santa letters for our children for them to wake up to on Christmas morning so they didn't feel like Santa forgot about them (because they kept asking why Santa's letters hadn't arrived). This year we just never received them and we are very sad because we really do love the letter quality and we have gotten the packages before too with the all of the other special activities which the kids love. We thought last year was just a fluke, so we thought we would try to order this year too. Very disappointed that we have now paid 2 years in a row and haven't received what we purchased.”

“I ordered 2 letters, only got 1. I post dated it for December 21st, got the 1 letter on December 26th. tried looking up my order and it never sent me an email. I also never received a confirmation email. I would like a refund.”

“Second year in a row that I have ordered and had problems with delivery. I ordered three letters on December 11th and still haven't received the third one (today is (12/31). Luckily I reached out to customer service when I realized there was no way that I would be receiving them before Christmas and I was sent a PDF that I had to print. It really defeats the purpose of me purchasing Santa Letters if I have to print them on my own. I gave this two stars because of the responsiveness of customer service.”

“Although the letter and certificate was lovely I also paid for a text message from santa which should have arrived on Christmas day but didn't. I'm gutted it may have been a only a little bit of money extra but that's not the point. Very disappointed. I have emailed the company however only have an automated response so far”

“I have purchased Christmas letters for my daughters for the past few years now and they love receiving them. They thoroughly enjoy reading about their achievements Santa knows about and he remembers what they’d like for Christmas! Also love looking through the new designs. “Grandchildren were delighted to receive their letters from Santa - thank you! Fortunately, I had edited the letters well before the date I had selected them to be sent out as when I had the reminder for them to be checked, later that day they were sent out even though they were 2 days early! But overall, very happy with the service and quality of the letters received from Santa Letter Direct”
