“The worst company ever, extreemly poor customer service, the cards do not arrive, they go round in circles when you email them by returning the same messages. My adsvice to the general public use another company. DO NOT USE SANTA LETTER DIRECT YOU WILL BE LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTED. I COULDNT GIVE A MINUS RATING IF I COULD IT WOULD BE MINUS 100 NOT A 5 STAR, ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVISE WHO IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS OF A PHONE CALL AND WILL NOT SEND THERE CONTACT NUMBER. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS , THEN PUTTING IT ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA SO NOBODY ELSE GETS LET DOWN OR FEELING DISAPPOINTED”

“I ordered the letters in October and then arrived on January. My grandchildren were very confused (same as me) as their mom called me the day they were received . Would like either a refund or a coupon for free letters in 2016.”

“The items I ordered were never delivered. Very disappointed child in not receiving her santa letter and pack. After numerous emails back and forth they stopped replying but were happy to keep my money and not even refund me back. Would not trust this company again. Would give 0 stars”

“Are you serious? No letters or phone calls were ever received. My 4 grandchildren got nothing from Santa this year like they have every year in the past thanks to you worthless bunch of people. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. No matter how good the deal seems, they do not provide the service promised. I’ve reached out, and no follow up at all. Scammers!!!!”

“Would have been brilliant if they’d actually arrived! Not sure whether the issue was with you or the Royal Mail, but I’m very disappointed that the orders were placed on 15.12.25, advised that they’d been posted on 16.11.25 and so far on 23.12.25 they’d not been received!”
