“Having amended delivery address and birthdate, for my Grandson, in December 2024 for a delivery in May 2025, they still sent the birthday card out incorrectly, even when emails from them acknowledged the change. Emailed them to complain and zero response. Will never use this service again.”

“The email said our Santa letter was mailed to us on December 4, 2024. It was estimated to arrive AFTER Christmas on December 26, 2024. Today is December 26, 2024 and still we have not received anything. This is very disappointing as we have used this service before without any issues.”
