“Have ordered from your selves previously and recieved the letters late (this was when there was a royal mail strike last year so figured it was for that reason). Ordered again this year and only arrived last week. Thankfully I ordered some from another company, which was gratefully recieved 5 days after I had ordered it. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from your selves again.”

“Order these letters every year. They make it so magical and my son looks forward to his replies from Father Christmas and his nice list certificate. Such a wonderful tradition that I’ll keep going for as long as he believes. The letters are worded perfectly and you can add personalisation which makes children feel special”
