“The worst company ever, extreemly poor customer service, the cards do not arrive, they go round in circles when you email them by returning the same messages. My adsvice to the general public use another company. DO NOT USE SANTA LETTER DIRECT YOU WILL BE LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTED. I COULDNT GIVE A MINUS RATING IF I COULD IT WOULD BE MINUS 100 NOT A 5 STAR, ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVISE WHO IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS OF A PHONE CALL AND WILL NOT SEND THERE CONTACT NUMBER. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS , THEN PUTTING IT ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA SO NOBODY ELSE GETS LET DOWN OR FEELING DISAPPOINTED”

“Been ordering birthday and Christmas cards from you for my grandchildren for quite a few years now. Never a problem always delivered in plenty of time until the last one for my granddaughter Alexa. You confirmed it had been posted on February 25th but unfortunately I am guessing down to Royal Mail the card didn't arrive until March 5th. Alexa's birthday was March 1st. As Royal Mail are no longer reliable time wise you may want to look at posting cards out a lot earlier.”
