“Really lovely to be able to have a personal touch to the letter, with details specific to the child included. Would be nice to have more space for additional characters though as I ended up having to reduce them and squeeze letters in which looked a little unsightly on the actual letter.”

“We didn't receive a text message. And yes phone number was same as last year. Letters arrived on time and kids loved it. Using this service for a few years and never had problems except this year, very not happy.”

“This is the second year that I have ordered before the deadline and not received the letter before Christmas. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Will not be ordering from this company again.”

“I still haven't received our letter that I ordered, that's maybe down to Royal Mail. I couldn't print off the letter as I changed the letter design, but the design didn't update to the new design on my emails. I didn't want to print one design off and give it to our daughter then receive another design in the post. We received our text message from the North Pole on Christmas day.”
