“Did not arrive on time and the digital download did not work. I thought it was a rip off but the letters arrived after I contacted them and sent a new download link but this was too late for me to use”

“Henry's was fine as we red it out to him as he is only five. However Charlie who is 8 insisted on reading his own letter but ended up putting it in the bin as he said the writing was too small for him to read and as he is a good reader would not allow my one to read it for him”

“Ordered 2 separate letters through an online site (which were terrible as should have had a discount but ended up paying more as not easy to navigate!) When ordering I specified a date (same date for both) for them to be delivered however one came 2 days before the other, leaving one son wondering why !”

“Great use of AI to deliver a very personalised letter. Letter arrived much later than expected and print on letter was much fainter this year so more difficult to read and some of the wording had printed over the picture so you couldn’t read it.”

“The Santa letter came as promised but I had to email for the link for the video which also happened last year . Once link sent it was exactly as ordered but disappointing 2 years in a row that I have had to email . I would recommend it but think this issue needs to be sorted out”

“The first letter was delivered late and when arrived was torn and creased. The second arrived late but was in good condition. However the first line was printed over the image and could not be seen, the print quality was very poor and difficult to read and the paper printed on was thin and of poor quality. The concept is great but execution poor.”
